Job Description
Job Location: Mohali/Chandigarh/Gurugram
Our company is seeking a highly motivated inside sales executive to join our dynamic sales team. The inside sales executive works closely with other members of the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate increases sales through proactive prospecting, lead qualification and sales activities.
Preferred Work Experience: Candidate should have good work experience in field of AIDC Product sales, Polyimide Labels sales, High Temperature Labels sales, Heat Resistant Labels sales, Barcode Labels sales, only.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential customers and qualify leads
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits and pricing
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to close, ensuring that customer information and sales data is accurate and up-to-date
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, including lead generation, sales activities and closed deals
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the sales team, sharing best practices and contributing to team success
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings, adjusting sales strategies as required
- Use CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information
- Attend sales training and other professional development activities as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
- 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
- Ability to work effectively as part of a sales team, contributing to team success
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of sales techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification and closing deals
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively

Responsibilities:
To Engage in end to end sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, requirement gathering, aligning with pre-sales for solution design, proposal drafting, negotiating, order closing, execution and collecting payments
Customer Prospecting and Mapping : Identify, prioritize and plan the most applicable marketing approach. Identify and reach all stake holders, influencers, decision makers and end-users
Ability to sell and market Codeline solution sales – Company presentation, participate in expo/road show.
